BABOON TO THE MOON provides best-in-class adventure essentials. We use the highest-grade materials and stand behind our products. Our bags are meant to survive everything from the zombie apocalypse to that guy at the airport hurling your bag across the runway.

Challenges:

  • Although majority of the traffic was coming to the site on mobile devices, mobile conversion rates were significantly lower compared to desktop.
  • A busy development team consumed by internal projects and did not have time to work on improving the site.
  • The marketing & development teams did not have background in running experiments.

We hired Invesp to help with Conversion Rate Optimization – to improve features and UX throughout our site to ultimately increase conversion and revenue.

3 months into our engagement – $87K revenue impact from the test/changes that have been made.

Trello, Figma, Slack, Google Docs. Very organized, weekly written email updates and bi-weekly zoom updates. One of the most agencies we ever worked with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There have been a handful of cases where work wasn’t thoroughly QA’d before being handed off. I would also like to see more frequent impact reports.
